Our Senior-level Management Team:

Jeffery Shapiro
Founder, Senior Director of Operations

A recognized expert in the field of parking and transportation planning, Jeffrey Shapiro began his career in the industry in 1989. Since that time, he has provided professional support and services for multiple U.S. Opens, Senior Golf Events, Woman’s Professional Golf Events and a number of PGA events. In addition, he has worked on large balloon festivals and corporate events. Many of these events attract tens of thousands of individuals and vehicles.

A Long Island entrepreneur, Jeffrey earned an MBA from Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus. In 1999 he founded Solutions Event Services, a leading special events parking and transportation consulting company.

In addition to his work with professional sporting events, Jeffrey has also supported and provided parking and transportation services for numerous local events which include the graduations and special events of the New York Institute of Technology(NYIT), Metro NY Balloonfest, the world-famous Long Island Oyster Festival, the Cold Spring Harbor Whaling Museum and the United States Tennis Association’s US Open in Flushing, N.Y.

Maria Baker
Director of Client Services

Maria Baker spent over 15 years in the NYC Transit Police Department. Her experience as a NYC Transit Police Officer has given her extensive knowledge on how to control crowds involving both pedestrian and automotive traffic. Additionally, Maria has an MBA in Operational Management and extensive experience as a Solutions Event Services employee. Maria has superior interpersonal skills with clients, patrons and fellow employees -- she proves herself to be unmatched in the field.

Albert Cortes
Director of Security and Safety

Albert with honorable discharge from the Marines has spent his civilian career in Security and Loss Prevention field. Albert is very proactive in foreseeing security and safety risks while keeping the event flow in mind. His input before and during event secures the safety of the guests and ensure the crowd is happy.
