Solutions Event Services has developed a system of Parking Management that incorporates mobile app technology to efficiently synchronize employees, shuttles, and equipment with the incoming/outgoing vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Our proprietary technology, which is labeled “Real-Time Tracking” (RTT), allows the local authorities, Air Show or Event Directors to view in real-time the status of the various parking lots and shuttles. 
 

By having this live-action status, we are able to easily implement our Planned Flexibility. For example, we can anticipate when areas will fill to capacity BEFORE it happens. This allows us to flex inbound traffic to an available area. This ensures a seamless entrance for spectators, while also parking as close to the show as possible. A proprietary online database is also utilized to schedule event staff and shuttles.
